Alex was born in the Netherlands in 1981 and studied Management, Economics and Law at the University of Applied Sciences in Arnhem and obtained an engineering degree as well.   Since 2006 Alex has lived in Aruba and started his career in property management, realty, vacation- and long-term rentals. In 2021, together with his wife Rosie, they started Rentals in Aruba.

Our always Happy Rosie is the best host you can wish for. With over 20 years of experience in the tourist industry, she knows how to treat her clients and give them a vacation feeling. From your first booking request until your stay, Rosie will help from A -Z.
Rosie was born in Havana, Cuba and moved to Aruba in 1999.

Marcia Petrocchi
You will find Marcia in the office, handling reservations, emails and corresponding with our Guests and Homeowners. You may also meet her at one of our accommodations for check ins and Check outs. She sets up and maintains all our listings on the booking portals, such as Airbnb, Booking.com and VRBO. Marcia has over 15 years’ experience in the Tourist Industry.
Marcia is American and has lived in Aruba for 22 Years.
Radimir Kelkboom
Radimir Kelkboom
Radimir is our Rentals Coordinator. He comes to us with many years of experience in the Rentals Industry and will be handling the Vacation and Long-Term Rental properties which includes general inquiries, viewings and working with the Home Owners. He is versed in all these fields, and we welcome his knowledge to our Team. We can count on him to help in all areas as he attended school in Holland studying Tourism and Recreation Management.
Radimir was born in Aruba and speaks Papimento, English, Dutch and Spanish.

Brigida is originally from Costa Rica and has over 15-years’ experience in professional housekeeping in Aruba. She is a very trusted and valuable team member of Rentals in Aruba.
