Here are some comman questions asked about our services.
On the page “Aruba Vacation Rentals” select the property you would like to rent. Select in the calendar the dates of your stay. Dates that are highlighted in blue are already booked. The nightly rate will be visible by moving the cursor on top of the specific day. The nightly rates are excluding tourist taxes and final cleaning. After selecting the dates, the price including taxes and final cleaning is shown.
On the page “Aruba Vacation Rentals” select the property you would like to rent and go to the calendar. Select the length of your stay by clicking the check in day and check out day. We do allow any day for check in and check out. This will show you the price for the stay. Click “book or contact” and fill in your information.
Your vacation rental can be paid by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Discover and Diners Club) via Secure payment link, bank transfer, or in cash at our office (AWG or US $). After your booking, you will receive an email from us with the payment information.
To secure your booking we ask for a non-refundable payment of 50% of the booking amount. If the booking is less than 30 days prior arrival the payment must be done in full.
We do have a non-refundable payment policy. We therefore always advice travelers to purchase travel insurance in case your vacation has to be cancelled before or during your stay. Our terms and conditions can be found by clicking the next link Terms and Conditions – Rentals in Aruba
We do personalized check ins. We will welcome you at the property when you arrive. For late arrivals, we will leave the key in the lock box at the property for you and we will come to the property the next morning. The information with codes will be send one-week prior arrival to your email.
At check in we ask for a pre-authorization of your credit card for the security deposit. This amount will be released after your stay. Depending on your credit card provider, this can take up to 2 weeks.
We highly would recommend a rental car when renting a vacation rental property. In this way it is easier to explore the island, visit the beaches, and get your daily groceries. Car rental prices are starting at around US $ 35 per day for a small size vehicle. We can help you with your rental car as well.
Other ways to get around the island with public transportation are by taxi, which has fixed prices per distance, or by bus.

For every owner we offer a tailor-made package. This because every property is different, and we offer several services with our property management: Property checks, property administration, payment of monthly bills on behalf of the owner, payment of tourist taxes on behalf of the owner, cleaning of the property, vacation rental and long-term rental service.
Our vacation rental service offers: Listing of your property on our website, which is connected and synchronized with major platforms such as Air-BNB and VRBO. Communication with guests prior arrival, collection of rental payments, personalized check in and check out, and professional cleaning of the property.
For long term rentals we advertise your property locally and internationally, screen candidates and prepare rental agreements.
Long-term rentals generally have a minimum period of 6 months and in most cases even 1 year. The long-term rental rate only applies to residents of Aruba (registered at Censo) and with valid permit to stay in Aruba from Dimas, or if you are in the process receiving one. Long term rentals normally exclude utilities like water, electricity, gas, internet, tv, garbage collection, garden- and pool service. Unless advertised otherwise.
A mid-term rental generally has a minimum period of 1 month and a maximum of 6 months. Vacation rentals are sometimes offered as Mid-Term rental. For 1 month or longer stays, a discount applies. Utilities like, internet and tv, garbage collection, pool- and garden service are included. But water and electricity usage are generally excluded.
In case the tenant is not registered at Censo, or has no valid (working) permit, tourist taxes will be charged over the rent.
