Entering this wonderful condo, you will be met with an open space concept of dining and living. The open concept layout and an airy interior filled with natural light give a tranquil setting as you settle in for the evening. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your dinner to enjoy conversation at the same time. From the comfort of the 2-person bedroom with a king bed and TV, you open the sliding doors to enter the balcony where you indulge in the cool breeze of the Aruban wind as you watch the sun go down having a chilled glass of wine. The second bedroom has a queen bed.
The options at Gold Coast are unlimited having plenty of amenities available. Relish in the exclusive gated community environment with luxury amenities including, communal BBQ areas, tennis courts, on-site dining, and a clubhouse with lounge spots. Make use of the fitness center and cool off afterward taking a dive into one of the 3 community pools.
Gold Coast residences feature 24-hour security. Not more than 3 minutes away are the most beautiful beaches in Aruba. The townhouse is a short drive as well to the high-rise hotel and entertainment area, and local restaurants and casinos.

Utilities

The total rate includes a 20% tax/service charge, including final cleaning, an allowance for water and electricity in the amount of US$ 15, – per night, and Wireless Internet. Over usage of utilities, shall be at your discretion and at your expense. Upon arrival, a refundable security deposit is required of US$ 400.
