Utilities: 

The total rate includes 20% tax, US$ 200, – final cleaning, and allowance for water and electricity in the amount of US$ 22, – per night. Overusage of utilities shall be at your discretion and at your expense. Upon arrival, a refundable security deposit is required US$ 400.

Supplies:

There are security cameras located on this property for your safety – they are located at the entrance, driveway, and side of the property.
