Inside the Flip Flop Condo, you’ll find a spacious open-plan living room and a fully equipped air-conditioned kitchen and living room, perfect for whipping up delicious meals for your loved ones. The condo also boasts three air-conditioned bedrooms, including one with a king-size bed, another with a full-size bed, and a third with two twin beds – plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. Plus, with three full bathrooms, getting ready for your day in the sun has never been easier!

After a day of exploring all that Aruba has to offer, come home to the Flip Flop Condo and enjoy some downtime in the cozy living room or at the dining table. Step out onto the small balcony and take in the view of the sparkling pool below – it’s the perfect spot for sipping a tropical cocktail and watching the sunset.

But that’s not all – the Palma Real community also boasts two refreshing pools, a children’s pool, and a playground, as well as 24/7 security and parking outside of your unit. A small grocery store, several fantastic restaurants, and banks are all within easy walking distance.

To make your stay as comfortable as possible, the Flip Flop Condo comes fully equipped with all the essentials, including beach towels, beach chairs, and even a cooler for your days spent lounging by the sea. And with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and a trash bag included, you’ll have everything you need to settle in and start making memories.

Utilities of Flip Flop Condo

Utilities: The total rate includes 20% tax, US $ 150.00, – final cleaning and allowance for water and electricity in the amount of US 18, – per night, and Wireless Internet. Over usage of utilities shall be at your discretion and at your expense. Upon arrival, a refundable security deposit is required US$ 400.

Supplies of Flip Flop Condo

Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and a trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products.
