Utilities of Kunuku Villa

The total rate includes 20% tax, US$ 200,- final cleaning, and allowance for electricity and water in the amount of US$ 18, – per night. Over usage of utilities, shall be at your discretion and your expense. Upon arrival, a refundable security deposit is required US$ 400.

Check-In/ Check-Out Time

Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Earlier check-ins and later check-out can be requested and will be granted depending on availability. A surcharge may apply.

Supplies

Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bags. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products.
