The apartment has an open-plan living room, an air-conditioned kitchen, two air-conditioned bedrooms with queen-sized beds & two full bathrooms. The living room provides a nice sitting area and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is also a washer and dryer in the unit itself.
The residence offers a community atmosphere featuring two large community pools where you can sit back and relax.

The total rate includes 20% tax, US $150, – final cleaning and allowance for water and electricity in the amount of US $15 per night, and Wireless Internet. Over usage of utilities shall be at your discretion and at your expense. Upon arrival, a refundable security deposit is required of 400 US$.

Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and a trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products.
