Utilities

The total rate includes 20% tax, US$ 200, – final cleaning, and allowance for electricity for US$ 22, – per night. Over usage of utilities shall be at your discretion and at your expense. Upon arrival, a refundable security deposit is required US$ 400.

Supplies

Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bags. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products.
