Utilities:
The total rate includes 20% tax/service charge, including final cleaning, an allowance for water and electricity in the amount of US$ 15, – per night and Wireless Internet. Over usage of utilities shall be to your discretion and at your expense. Upon arrival a refundable security deposit is required of US$ 400, -.

Check-In/ Check-Out Time: Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Earlier check-ins and later check-out can be requested and will be granted depending on availability. A surcharge may apply.

Beach Essentials: We provide beach chairs (4), beach towels (4) and a cooler. We do not provide snorkeling equipment or umbrellas.

Please be advised that parties, social events, and gatherings are not allowed at our vacation homes.

Supplies – Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bags. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products.

Please note:   Our special Monthly Prices do not include the water and electricity fees.   These are calculated at the end of your stay, and you are responsible for this payment.
