A new luxurious 1-bedroom condo located on the beautiful landscaped grounds of the Gold Coast near the prestigious beaches of Malmok. The Malmok coastline of Aruba is regarded for having some of the best snorkelling on the island. Gold Coast is a unique enclosed residential community, located in the northern part of Aruba near a golf course and the beautiful soft white sand and turquoise waters of Arashi Beach and Boca Catalina.

The air-conditioned apartment consists of 1 bedroom with a King bed, a living room with Queen sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a coffee machine, and 1 bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Towels and bed linen are available in the apartment. For added privacy, the Gold Coast resort has a private entrance and is protected by full-day security.

Utilities:

The total rate includes 20% tax/service charge, including final cleaning, an allowance for water and electricity in the amount of US$ 11,- per night and Wireless Internet. Over usage of utilities, shall be to your discretion and at your expense. Upon arrival a refundable security deposit is required of US$ 400.

Supplies:
Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products.
