Villa Del Sol is a two-story home with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, a large kitchen, dining and living area, and an amazing spacious backyard with a private swimming pool. This villa is located in the gated community of Gold Coast Aruba which is located in the best residential area of Aruba, also known as Malmok area. It is just minutes away from the best Aruba beaches, casinos, restaurants, hotels, and shopping centers.
With a chic style, the interior design gives you a home feeling as soon as you enter the door. You will be welcomed by the elegant open concept floorplan with the living area, a half bathroom, the dining area that has upscale furniture, and the custom-made kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances such as stove, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator . Easy access to the laundry room that includes a washer and dryer.

On the second floor of the Villa, you will find the sophisticated master bedroom with a spacious wardrobe and private bathrooms with sink, toilet, and walk-in shower and its private balcony. The two other are in the same hallway with a shared bathroom.
But outside is where all the family fun is, an outstanding outdoor kitchen with the bbq grill to cook many great dishes, and the best of all is that it is a lanai with a roomy sitting area and a swimming pool, everything you need for a great family ambiance.

Gold Coast is in Malmok, across from the Tierra del Sol Golf Course and just seconds away from the scenic coastline which boasts some of the island’s most beautiful white-sand beaches surrounded by crystal aqua-marine waters. Gold Coast now offers a clubhouse with two tennis courts, 3 Community swimming pools, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a retail area, a business center, and a restaurant. Features 24-hour security service.

Utilities:
The total rate includes 20% tax, US$ 200,- final cleaning, and allowance for electricity and water in the amount of US$ 22, – per night. Over usage of utilities, shall be at your discretion and at your expense. Upon arrival, a refundable security deposit is required of US$ 400. **This property is NOT pet friendly and no smoking is allowed inside the villa.

Supplies:
Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products.
